Every site starts with the essentials. These are the pieces you switch on — now, or later from your dashboard.

Win the work

Enquiry form

Included in every package

A proper contact form on your site, so a customer can ask for a quote at eleven at night without hunting for your number. Every enquiry arrives in your inbox.

  • Name, phone, email and a message — nothing a customer has to think about
  • A chat button that asks the same questions one at a time, for people who'd rather tap than type — on Premium sites now, and on every plan with the next website update
  • Your email address never appears on the page for scrapers to collect
  • Built-in spam traps, and a limit on how fast anyone can submit
  • With the CRM switched on, every enquiry becomes a contact automatically

What it doesn't do: it doesn't take file uploads, so a customer can't attach photos of the job yet.

Online booking

Included in Core and Plus · £15 a month on Starter

A booking page built into your own website. A customer picks a service and a free slot and books it — no account, no app, no phone tag. You choose whether bookings confirm straight away or wait for your approval.

  • Your services, how long each takes, and your opening hours
  • Approve each booking, or let them confirm automatically — your choice
  • The customer gets a confirmation email with a calendar invite; you get an email for every booking
  • Reminder emails the day before and two hours before (you can change the timings). If they only left a phone number, the reminder comes to you with their number instead
  • Your own calendar dashboard: the week at a glance, and block out time whenever you need to
  • A travel-time gap around jobs at the customer's address, so you're never double-booked across town

What it doesn't do: it doesn't take payment, and it doesn't connect to Google or Outlook calendars — you block out personal time in the dashboard instead. Bookings are one-offs, not repeating.

Google reviews

Your Google reviews on your site in every package · the profile audit is £49 once on Starter, included in Core and Plus

We set up your Google Business Profile properly — or fix the one you have — and your Google rating and a selection of your Google reviews appear on your website, refreshed from Google every day.

  • Your profile set up or audited: categories, hours, service area, photos
  • Your overall Google rating and a selection of your Google reviews on your homepage
  • Refreshed from Google every day. Google gives us up to five reviews and chooses which, by relevance, so they won't always be your newest

What it doesn't do: it doesn't reply to reviews for you or ask customers for them — that's for Manage+, coming soon.

Newsletter

Included in Plus · £12 a month on Starter and Core

A sign-up on your website and a simple composer in your dashboard. Write a short update, pick a layout, add a photo and a button, and it goes to everyone who signed up, with your business name on the From line — and from your own domain once it has been verified during setup.

  • Sign-ups are confirmed by email, so your list is people who really asked
  • Up to 2 newsletters a month, written by you in the dashboard composer
  • Every email carries a working unsubscribe link — handled for you
  • With the CRM switched on, subscribers become contacts

What it doesn't do: it doesn't write the newsletter for you, and there's no scheduling — it sends when you press send.

Your list, your call: Who you email is your decision. You're the data controller for your customer list, so you must have a lawful basis to contact each person — they agreed to hear from you, or bought from you and were given a simple way to say no. This is your responsibility. We give you the tools and keep a record of what people chose.

Offers

Included in every package

A promotional strip on your homepage — a headline, the dates it runs, and a button. You change it yourself from your dashboard and it goes live without waiting for anyone.

  • Headline, dates and a call to action, in your site's own style
  • Change it up to 2 times a month from your dashboard
  • Disappears by itself when the offer ends

What it doesn't do: it shows one offer at a time, and it doesn't issue discount codes or take payment.

Loyalty card

Included in Plus · £19 a month on Starter and Core

A digital stamp card that lives on your own website. Customers don't download anything — their card is their email or mobile number. After the number of stamps you choose, they earn the reward you choose.

  • You set the reward and how many stamps it takes
  • Add stamps from any phone: search by email or mobile, or scan the customer's QR code
  • Invite staff with a link so they can stamp from their own phone — no passwords to share
  • Customers can save their card to their home screen like an app
  • A history on every card of who added each stamp, and when

What it doesn't do: stamps don't expire, there are no points or tiers, and the counter screen needs a signal — it won't stamp offline.

Keep track of it all

CRM

Included in Core and Plus · £19 a month on Starter

Everyone who enquires, books, signs up or collects a stamp becomes a contact in your dashboard, in a simple pipeline — new, contacted, quoted, won or lost. It's the list you'd otherwise keep in your head, or lose in your inbox.

  • Contacts created automatically from enquiries, bookings, newsletter sign-ups and loyalty stamps — and add anyone who came by word of mouth
  • Bring in the customers you already have: import a spreadsheet (CSV) of up to 1,000 at a time, and see who's in it before anything is saved
  • Keep it tidy: edit anyone's details, merge the same person's two entries, or delete someone who asks to be forgotten
  • Notes and a history on every contact: when they enquired, what you said, what you quoted
  • Set a date to chase someone; whoever is due sits at the top of your list
  • Ready-made lists — past customers, quoted and never came back, gone quiet
  • A record of who agreed to hear from you and who unsubscribed, with a ready list of the people who said yes
  • Download any list as a spreadsheet whenever you want your data

What it doesn't do: it isn't a job-management system: it doesn't produce quotes or invoices, or schedule your team.

Your list, your call: Who you email is your decision. You're the data controller for your customer list, so you must have a lawful basis to contact each person — they agreed to hear from you, or bought from you and were given a simple way to say no. This is your responsibility. We give you the tools and keep a record of what people chose.
