Three packages. One monthly price.

Designing and building your site, the words on it from what you tell us, and setting up the tools in your package: £249 once, or £399 on Plus, whose Premium designs take more building. Founding members pay Core's £249. It's paid with your first month, before we start building. The only other one-off is the Google profile audit on Starter (£49, if you want us to do your profile for you). Core and Plus include it.

Switch modules off and your price never goes up: keep every module and you pay the package price; switch any off and you pay the package below with the modules you keep, plus the difference in base price, never more than the package. So Core without the CRM is £54 a month instead of £59, and Plus without the newsletter is £94 instead of £99.

Untick them before you pay, or switch them off later from your dashboard: the price drops from your next bill (on a yearly plan, at your renewal), and you keep the module until then. Switch one back on and it's charged from that day for the rest of the period. The enquiry form, offers and your Google reviews can be switched off too, but they're part of the base price.

Your domain, words and photos are yours from day one. After 3 months the site is yours to keep: cancel then and it stays up on your own Cloudflare account, with our tools switched off. Cancel sooner and it comes down. Leave and come back, and your 3 months start again from the day you come back. No minimum term.

Whenever you leave, you can download your data first: your photos, bookings, customer list and subscribers.

Changes made by us each month: 1 on Starter, 2 on Core, 4 on Plus. Founding has Core's 2. One change is one item: a new photo, a price update, a reworded section.

On the same day each month as your first payment. Add or remove an add-on from your dashboard and it changes from your next billing date, with no part-month charges.

Or pay for a year up front and save 5%: a year is 12 months' price less 5%, and itrenews on the same date each year. On a yearly plan an add-on you add starts the next day, charged for the rest of your year, and one you remove comes off at your renewal. Cancel within 14 days of paying for the year and we refund it, less the days you've had; after that it runs to the end of the year. Founding is paid monthly.

Founding is Core, with everything Core includes, at £39 a month for your first 24 months, then £59. We email you 30 days before it changes. It is for our first 10 customers only, and it disappears from this page when the places are gone.

In return, we may publish a short case study about your business, naming it and quoting you. You approve the quote before anything goes up, and the words are yours: your price doesn't depend on what you say. Wherever we show it, we label it “Founding customer: discounted in return for a case study”. You can withdraw it whenever you like: we take it down within 14 days, and your price stays the same.

No minimum term and no notice period. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like. Monthly: cancel any time, runs to the end of the month you've paid. Yearly: refundable within 14 days of paying; after that it runs to the end of the year. Within those 14 days we refund the year less the monthly price for the days you've had; after them, cancelling stops the renewal.

Businesses. Every package is sold to a business for its own use, and we ask you to confirm that when you pay.

No VAT currently charged: we're not VAT-registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
