Manage+ terms

Last updated: 28 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms are for Manage+, from Pandemonium Software Ltd (ModuForge). They sit alongside our Terms of service, which apply to Manage+ too. Where the two differ about Manage+, these terms apply. You accept them by ticking the box when you add your first Manage+ role, and we keep a record of that.

Manage+ isn't available yet. These terms apply once it is.

2. What Manage+ is

Once your site is live, you can add Manage+ roles from your dashboard. Each role helps with day-to-day writing for your business, such as replies to reviews and enquiries, social posts and drafts of email campaigns. Each piece is drafted with AI and delivered to you.

We don't post, publish or send anything to your customers or your accounts. You decide whether to use each piece, and anything you send is your message and your responsibility.

Bookkeeping, finance and tax roles aren't on sale.

3. Roles, prices and allowances

  • Each role has a monthly price and a monthly allowance of work, shown before you add it. Allowances start again on the 1st of each month, and unused work doesn't carry over.
  • Your price is the one shown when you add the role. We can change it: if we do, we email you at least 30 days before, saying what changes and when, and you can stop the role before the change applies.

4. Extra work

For work beyond a role's allowance, you can:

  • buy one more at its set price, shown on our Manage+ page before anything starts;
  • buy a pack of extra work for the month. What's unused expires when the allowances start again on the 1st, and isn't refunded;
  • ask for something without a set price: we quote first, and it starts when you accept the quote.

Nothing extra is charged until you agree. You can also set a monthly limit for extras, up to £1,000 a month: work with a set price then goes ahead without asking you, until that month's extras reach your limit, and above it we ask. The limit starts at nothing, so we ask every time until you set one. Extras go on your next bill. If we decline a piece you paid extra for, its charge comes off your next bill, or is refunded if it's already been invoiced.

5. Starting and stopping a role

  • A role starts on the date we confirm when you add it, and its monthly price goes on your bill from then.
  • If a role needs something from you before it can start, nothing is drafted or charged for that work until it's in place, and we tell you what's missing.
  • You can stop a role from your dashboard at any time. It comes off your next bill, and the month you've paid for isn't refunded. Work already delivered to you is yours to use.
  • If your plan ends, every Manage+ role ends with it. If you come back, roles don't restart by themselves: you add the ones you want again.

6. Your responsibility for what you use

  • Read each piece before you use it, and check facts, prices, offers and anything about your customers.
  • The law on what you send is yours to follow, including the rules on marketing emails: who you may email, and the unsubscribe each message needs.
  • Words drafted with AI may be inaccurate or not original (Terms section 6.5). We don't give legal, tax, insurance or accounting advice.

7. Your customers' data

To draft replies and campaigns, we use details of your customers that you hold with us, such as enquiries, reviews and your customer list. We do this as your processor under our Data Processing Agreement.

8. Liability

Our liability for Manage+ is covered by the limits of our liability in our Terms of service (section 12).

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes, and we give clients with a Manage+ role notice of any material change by email, as for our Terms of service (section 14).
