A Founding place comes with a short case study: we may publish one about your business, naming it and quoting you. You approve the quote before anything goes up, and you can withdraw it whenever you like.
How it compares with lead fees and DIY
On a large building job, how you pay for the enquiry matters. Your own site is a fixed monthly fee with no cut of the job. Lead platforms charge in different ways, such as membership, a fee per lead, or both, and the customer may be getting several quotes through the same platform. A DIY builder costs your time instead.

Can I have a gallery for each type of project?
Yes. Extensions, kitchens or loft conversions can each have their own photos, so customers see work like theirs.
Can I keep track of all my quotes?
Yes, with the CRM on Core and Plus, or as an add-on on Starter at £19 a month. Contacts move through new, contacted, quoted, won or lost, with notes and a date to chase. It doesn't produce quotes, invoices or schedule your team.
Can you put planning or building regulations information on my site?
We can write a page about how you handle planning and building regulations on your jobs, in your words. We won't give legal advice or say a job doesn't need permission.
How do I stay in touch with past customers?
With the newsletter on Plus, or as an add-on at £12 a month. People sign up on your site and you send a short update when you have something to say.
Do you charge a percentage of jobs I win?
No. We charge the monthly package and the build fee, nothing per lead and nothing on the work.
