Cleaning work also comes in two very different shapes. Regular weekly or fortnightly clients are the steady base of the business. End-of-tenancy, after-builders and one-off deep cleans need a quote first, based on the size of the place and the date.
Your own site handles both. Regular clients pick a service and a free slot and get a reminder before you arrive. One-off customers send the details you need to quote. And a page about you, your checks and your insurance answers the trust question before it's asked.

Yours after 3 months
The site is yours to keep after 3 months. Cancel sooner and it comes down. Your domain, words and photos are yours from day one.
No lead fees
Enquiries and bookings from your own site cost nothing extra, however many come in. We don't take a cut of the work.
No VAT currently charged
We're not VAT-registered at the moment, so the price you see is the price you pay. No minimum term and no notice period.

How your own site compares with lead fees
A regular client found through your own site costs nothing extra, week after week. On a lead platform, how you pay depends on the platform, and the customer may contact other cleaners too. A DIY builder costs less money but more of your evenings.

On Core and Plus, yes, and on Starter as an add-on at £15 a month. Clients pick a service and a free slot and get reminders before you arrive. Each booking is a one-off, so a regular client books each visit, and booking doesn't take payment.
How do end-of-tenancy quotes work?
The enquiry form takes the size of the property and the date, so you can quote quickly. It doesn't take photo uploads yet.
Can I show that I'm DBS checked and insured?
Yes, if you are. We put your checks and insurance on your site in your words. We only show what you tell us you hold.
How does the loyalty card work?
It's a digital stamp card on your own website, on Plus or as an add-on at £19 a month. You choose the reward and how many stamps it takes, and customers don't download anything.
Do you charge per booking?
No. There are no lead fees, no commission and no charge per booking.
