Websites for electricians

Websites for electricians that show what you're qualified to do

Customers want to know you're registered, that you cover their area and that you do the job they need. Your own site says all three. From £35 a month.

People check an electrician before they call one

Electrical work is the job homeowners worry about most, and they check before they ring. They look for a competent person scheme they recognise, a clear list of what you do, and reviews from people nearby. Landlords look for someone who does EICRs.

If all they find is a phone number, they keep scrolling, and the bigger jobs, like rewires and EV chargers, are the ones people research longest.

Your own site lets you set out each service on its own, show your scheme membership and your Google rating, and take enquiries that already say what the job is, so your first call back is a useful one.

What you can check before you pay

We're a new service and we won't invent clients. Here's what you can check for yourself.

  • Demos, labelled as demos

Every example we show is a demo site for a made-up business, built to show a design. We don't show invented clients or reviews.

  • Yours after 3 months

The site is yours to keep after 3 months. Cancel sooner and it comes down. Your domain, words and photos are yours from day one.

  • No lead fees

Enquiries and bookings from your own site cost nothing extra, however many come in. We don't take a cut of the work.

  • No VAT currently charged

We're not VAT-registered at the moment, so the price you see is the price you pay. No minimum term and no notice period.

  • Example

    Voltwright Electrical

Demo site for a made-up business: an electrical contractor, on our Premium Blackout Reveal design (Plus).

What's included for electricians

The tools we'd suggest for an electrical business, and where each one comes in.

  • Enquiry form

    Included in every package

Customers describe the job (a consumer unit, an EV charger, a fault that trips the board) before you call back, so the first call is a useful one.

  • Google reviews

Included from Core; an add-on on Starter at £49 once

Your profile set up properly, with your service area and the work you do, and your Google rating shown on your site.

  • CRM

Included from Core; an add-on on Starter at £19 a month

Landlords come back every few years for an EICR. Keep them, the date of their last certificate, and anyone you quoted, in one place.

  • Online booking

Included from Core; an add-on on Starter at £15 a month

Useful for fixed-length work like inspections and testing: customers book a slot and get a reminder the day before.

How it works

Tell us about your work and we do the building.

  1. Build your package

Pick Starter, Core or Plus, switch on the tools you want and see the total. A few quick questions follow by email, and most businesses get the go-ahead the same day.

  2. Send us what we need

Your logo if you have one, a few photos of your work, your services and the area you cover. We aim to have your site ready within two working weeks of you finishing setup.

  3. Run it from your dashboard

Enquiries and bookings come to you, you change your offer yourself, and your monthly changes are done by us.

Your own site compared with lead platforms and DIY builders

  • Your own site: a known monthly fee, your own domain, and every enquiry comes only to you.
  • A lead platform: you pay to be listed or to respond to leads, depending on the platform, and the customer may contact several electricians.
  • A DIY builder: you build and maintain the site yourself, which takes time most electricians would rather spend on jobs.

Questions

Can I show my NICEIC or NAPIT membership?

Yes. If you're a member of a competent person scheme, we show it on your site with your registration details, so customers can check it with the scheme. We only show schemes you actually belong to.

Do landlords need an EICR?

In England, the Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector Regulations 2020 require landlords to have the electrical installation inspected and tested at least every five years. If you do EICRs, a page for landlords makes that clear.

Can I keep track of landlords who come back every few years?

Yes, with the CRM on Core and Plus, or as an add-on on Starter at £19 a month. Note their last inspection and set a date to get back in touch. It doesn't produce certificates or invoices.

Can customers book inspections online?

On Core and Plus, yes. They pick a free slot and get a reminder the day before.

Do you charge per enquiry?

No. There are no lead fees and no commission. Enquiries through your own site cost nothing extra.
