Questions
Can I show photos of my roofs?
Yes. Photos of finished work are the most useful thing on a roofer's site. Send us your best ones and we'll put them where customers see them first.
Will it help after a storm when everyone calls at once?
It helps you keep up: the enquiry form takes the address, the problem and a number, so you can work through the list later. We only mention emergency work if you do it.
Do you handle insurance work?
We build your website, we don't handle insurance claims. If you do insurance work, we can say so on your site and explain what you need from the customer.
Can I keep track of quotes I've sent?
Yes, with the CRM on Core and Plus, or as an add-on on Starter at £19 a month. Mark who you've quoted and set a date to follow up. It doesn't write the quote for you.
